The order delivery is divided into two parts:

1. Processing Time: All orders will be processed within 1 business day.

2. Shipping Time: It will take 3-7 days for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination (All the products are only available to the United States now).

 

Return and Refund Policy

30 Days Money-Back and 12-Month Worry-Free Guarantee！

All Phinox home organization products come with a 12 months warranty and may be returned for free within 30 days for approved reasons! The same warranty is provided for replacement products from the date of purchase. Please get in touch with our customer service if you have any problems! Please read the policy below for more details.

The return policy is only applicable for products purchased on Phinx.co. We will not be responsible for Phinox products purchased from anywhere else. 

How to return and get a refund/replacement?

Step 1: Please contact Phinox customer service  and provide the order number, return reason and the necessary pictures or videos to verify your order issue.
Step 2: Our support team will reply the issue and offer solutions within 24 hours.
Step 3: Both parties reach an agreement on the solution, and our customer service team provide the return information (Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package.).
Step 4: Return the product (if required). When our warehouse receives the return, our customer service team will operate the refund/replacement. And you will receive the refund within 2-14 business days. The exact time depends on your card issuer.
